What do I get when I place an order

You get a property code for each property, a sign rider for each property code and a mobile website for each property.

How long does it take to get it up and running?

It take 24 hours to get mobile website built and the property code set up in our system.

Everything is done in house after your order is placed.

The signs take 3-5 days to be delivered.

Can I order it online?

No. You can order by phone or email.

What do I need to place an order?

You will need the listing URL (if it is already listed online/MLS). Information and pictures can be gathered from there.

If the listing is not online then we will need property information (address, features, price and pictures) which can be emailed.

Your contact and billing information.

Can I reuse the sign riders?

Yes. Sign riders can be transferred to another property.

Just contact us and we will update the information for the property code and the mobile website.

Can I pause my account when I don’t have any listings?

Yes. If you don’t have any listings you can contact us and we will suspend your account.

You will not be billed for the next months until you contact us to restart your account.
